Card Recipe:

• I have used Julia Spiri Artline Image (Azalea) and you can find this gorgeous Image HERE! 
• I have coloured Image with Prisma Pencils and have also coloured the Bubbles and Background with Prisma Pencils using Kit and Clowder May Pencil Colouring Class Technique
• I have added to the top of the image for a nice affect, Chunky White Embossing Enamel along with a touch of Glitter for enhancement
• I have used some Glitter Glue on the Mermaid Tail and Eyeshadow as well as the Coral, also adding some Bling to the forehead and hair
• In the Tail I have added some Liquid Pearls
