I really had a lot of fun creating this project for my Kit and Clowder Copic Marker Colouring Class this month.

I can honestly say, taking these monthly colouring classes in August 2017 was the best decision I have ever made. I am having the most amazing experience and am absolutely thrilled with the way Kit and Clowder conduct their very easy step by step Colouring Techniques by the amazingly talented Artist Alyce Keegan.

I highly recommend these classes.

Today I have made this Tea Caddy for a Lady whom I have never met.
The lady lives in my Retirement Village and it was by chance that we spoke on the phone recently regarding another matter.
Whilst having a conversation, she mentioned her cancer had returned and she had to have extensive Chemotherapy and she broke down on the phone.
I just wanted to do something nice for this lady to cheer her up, so, when I received my Kit and Clowder March Copic Marker Colouring Class I knew I had to send this lady an Angel.
I had a Toblerone Tin which I kept from Xmas and decorated it and placed my colouring Class Image which I have coloured with Copic Markers on the front of the Tea Caddy.

  1. Gasp! I am speechless, Annette! No matter how long I gaze upon these incredible tea caddy, some new color leaps out, from the tufting around the shoulders, to the ombré effect in her dress, to the twinkling stars in that mesmerizing sky, I keep discovering more hidden gems and unexpected details. Your new friend will not only love your thoughtfulness, but appreciate the beauty in this masterpiece every time she makes a cup of tea. Really amazing, my friend. xx

  3. Your tea caddy is beautiful and matches your soul! Given the state our world is in today, it is random acts of kindness and empathy, like yours, that reminds us that good will always win out! Thanks for such a beautiful and inspirational submission to our challenge at A Place To Start!

  4. Oh my, what a beautiful project. So sweet to make a gift for someone you barely know. I just left a comment on another entry, and the crafter was sending that to someone undergoing chemo as well. Carm-makers are wonderful people. So glad you entered your card into PINspirational Challenge. Hope you'll join us again.
